Introducing The Ranch, a new state-of-the-art drip irrigated farm with land available now. 

Phase III is under development, and for the first time, a tenant grower can adjust the farm design to meet specific needs. Phase III is 6,000 acres coming available in 2018/2019. 

Whether you require above ground drip for lettuce or subsurface drip for melons or row crops, we can custom tailor the farm design for your operation. 

 
 

Land Available Now

The farm is leasing up fast. Phase 1 is fully leased. We are leasing Phase II for immediate planting now. 

We also provide farm management services to help short term during your transition to a new location or long-term if you desire a long-term operating manager to grow your crops.

The Ranch is designed with advanced infrastructure by our team that has developed and farmed for decades. We meticulously designed every detail to maximize productivity and flexibility, and reduce operating costs. 

The farm includes an underground pressurized well pipeline connecting multiple irrigation wells within each farm, new subsurface or surface drip irrigation, variable speed drive motors, automatic back-flush filter stations, digital weight scale, storage barns, and worker housing. 

 

Custom Farming Services 

Integrated Ag manages over 15,000 acres of farmland in the Southwest U.S. We also directly grow and custom farm with our expert in-house commercial farm management business. 

Our team includes best in class farm managers that have decades of experience growing everything from melons and produce to grains and alfalfa.
